The limits to know before you buy

  • The window is 60 days. ClickBank says most products have a sixty-day refund period. After that the refund option disappears and you would have to contact the seller directly, with no guarantee.
  • ClickBank keeps some discretion. Its return policy says it “will, at its discretion” allow a return within 60 days, and for digital products it reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full price.
  • You usually keep the digital product. ClickBank’s policy notes that customers retain a digital product when it is returned.
  • Do not leave it to day 59. Decide early and request the refund well inside the window.
